Delete account and data

If you want your duoly account and all associated data deleted, please fill in the form below. We handle requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your user account (first name, device ID) is permanently removed.
• All quiz answers are deleted.
• All couple sessions (created or joined) are deleted.
• All AI-generated tasks and progress data are deleted.
• Push token and newsletter subscriptions (if any) are removed.

What we may retain

• Billing records: German tax law (§ 147 AO) requires us to keep payment records for 10 years — these only contain amount and date, not your name (Apple/Google settle anonymously).
• Support requests you sent us stay for up to 3 years for evidence purposes. Only email address and message text.

Active subscriptions

Please cancel any active subscriptions before account deletion directly at Apple App Store or Google Play. Account deletion itself does not cancel automatic payments — only the store can.
